1. Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions or services according to the cancellation mechanism and notice period applicable to the selected plan or agreement.

2. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the applicable product, plan, purchase terms and applicable law. Any special refund terms presented at purchase take precedence.

3. Failed Payments

We may retry failed payments or restrict paid features when an account remains unpaid.

4. Termination

After cancellation or termination, access may end at the end of the paid period or immediately where required by the applicable agreement.
